Like the larger pendants featured in our Vintage Coin Silver necklaces, these smaller charms or amulets were also worn for reverence and protection. Handmade by tribal people from the Indian States of Gujarat and Rajasthan, these pieces date from the late nineteenth to early twentieth centuries, making newest pieces around seventy-five years old. Most of these charms measure approximately 0.50" by 0.75".
